Graduate Trainee - Non-Aeronautical

Purpose of the Role: 

The purpose of the Graduate Trainee – Non-Aeronautical role is to ensure accurate and timely billing and reporting for non - aeronautical services across 2 international and 13 domestic airports. This includes assisting the Senior Finance Officer – Non-Aeronautical and the Finance Officer – Debtors in debt collection, customer queries, and supporting financial analysis.

Key accountabilities:

• Billing and Invoice Management: Assist the Senior Finance Officer – Aeronautical in the billing processes for non-aeronautical services, ensuring accurate and timely generation of invoices, and handle billing disputes or discrepancies.
• Revenue Management and Reporting: Assist the Senior Finance Officer – Non-Aeronautical in accurate and timely revenue reporting, monitor and track revenue from non-aeronautical sources, and regular reports for senior management.
• Tenant Relations and Performance Monitoring: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, track and analyze performance of non-aeronautical revenue streams, and monitor retail and concession operations for compliance.
• Debt Recovery: Efficiently manage and recover overdue payments through proactive communication, negotiation, and follow-up with debtors.
• Reporting and Analysis: Produce comprehensive reports on the status of outstanding debts and perform detailed analysis to inform recovery strategies and management decisions.

Qualifications, Professional Knowledge and Experience: 

• A Degree level qualification in Accounting/ Finance.
• 1 years' work experience in related field would be an advantage.
