Fiji Gas is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Infrastructure Support Officer to join our ICT team. The role involves providing day-to-day ICT support, configuring end-user devices, and delivering Level 1 Help Desk support. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills who can work independently and contribute to continuous improvement across the business. This role will be based in Walu Bay.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide day-to-day ICT and Level 1 Help Desk support;
Provide Level 1 technical support for notebooks, mobile phones, printers, copiers, Time & Attendance systems, PBX systems, switches, access points, cameras, and Microsoft Office applications;
Assist with ICT projects, maintain ICT equipment records, and ensure business-critical systems and equipment remain operational;
