Plantation Island Resort is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Steward to support the daily operations of our Kitchen and Food & Beverage teams by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across all food preparation and service areas. This role is responsible for ensuring that kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, cutlery, and workspaces are cleaned and maintained in accordance with health and safety regulations and resort standards. The Steward will be responsible for washing and sanitising kitchen equipment and food service items, maintaining cleanliness in kitchens, storage areas, staff facilities, and waste disposal areas, and assisting with the proper handling and storage of supplies.
