 Kokomo Private Island Fiji is seeking for an experienced Steward based at Kokomo Private Island, Kadavu.

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Steward to join our dynamic resort team. The Steward plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in our kitchens and service areas, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining, and service areas.
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Assist chefs and service staff with kitchen operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Support smooth daily operations with a positive attitude.

 Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality or stewarding preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid Driving Licence is desirable.
