We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and results-driven Construction Manager to lead the successful delivery of Infrastructure and Commercial construction projects throughout Fiji.
This is an excellent long-term opportunity for a mature and well experienced construction professional who has a proven ability to manage projects, lead site teams, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a Construction Manager, Project Manager, Senior Site Manager, or similar leadership role within the construction industry.
- Demonstrated success managing commercial and residential building projects from start to completion.
- Strong and stable employment history with reputable construction companies.
- Relevant tertiary or trade qualifications in Construction Management, Building, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Excellent professional references will be an added point.
- Strong understanding of procurement, subcontractor management, and contract administration.
- Ability to read, interpret, and work from construction drawings, specifications, and contractual documentation.
- Sound knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of health and safety requirements, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience working with clients, consultants, local authorities, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from planning and commencement through to practical completion and handover.
- Oversee daily site operations and supervise site teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor project programmes, budgets, forecasts, and procurement schedules.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Review and interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
- Identify and resolve construction, programme, and commercial issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor compliance with quality and safety requirements.
- Manage procurement activities, supplier relationships, and material deliveries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing regular project updates and reporting.
- Support business growth through effective project performance and stakeholder engagement.
- Mentor and develop site supervisors, forepersons, and other site personnel.
